The impedance on a 9 band antenna - 50 ohm - WHERE ?.

....Push for big picture

DIRECTIONALCOUPLER.

This gave me first too small a signal to measure - so I build a small amplifier, which then could give me a signal I could measure as a dip on the oscilliscope. The diagram for the amplifier is shown on the page of the diagram, it will tell in practice how to build it.

The impedance of the antenna, is easily read with the help of the directionalcoupler, simply connect the signalgenerator to the input of the directionconalcoupler, and the antenna to the output It is then only to turn the signalgenerator over the wanted frequencies, and - where/when the antenna have 50 ohm, there is a destinct and clear dip on the oscilloscope.
