So my QTH is in Allerslev, where I live in an old house from 1908 that has been under ongoing renovation, hence it fulfills todays needs and standards, in my opinion - a new owner might have a totally different view on that matter.
I can have my mess in peace, and after I'm retired, my computer and my radio complies most of my needs.
